Castle Peak Hotel - Cebu

Good proximity to Ayala Center for convenient shopping, and the breakfast had solid options despite a little excess oil in the eggs. Rooms were spacious with firm beds.

Had to change rooms multiple times due to persistent bad odors, the first being linked to drainage issues that never quite cleared. WiFi connection was flaky. Some floors had better service than others, and hallways were noticeably hot, lacking adequate air conditioning. The swimming pool was closed during the entire stay, and the gym's AC policy made workouts a sweat-filled affair.

Good bed in leisure queen room with an electric kettle, an air conditioning, and an individual safe. Excellent and good meals. Helpful and respectful staff all over the place...

Liked spending my time in this clean brand-new hotel. The property's location was wonderful, right by a really good Mexican restaurant, major mall and other cafes, restaurants, shops. Also, I was next door to Landers Superstore. Everything was great, but a few employees were very arrogant.

The best part was the location, just a short distance from Ayala Center Cebu, made getting around easy. I appreciated the friendly attitude of the staff . They were always approachable and willing to help. The room itself had some nice features, but it definitely showed signs of wear. For example, the air conditioner was outdated and not very effective. The refrigerator needed maintenance as it had a strange odor and wasn't cooling properly. Water pressure in the shower was low, and the shower valve was tricky to adjust. I found the breakfast decent, yet the cooking sometimes felt excessive, especially the oil in the fried eggs. More variety in the breakfast options would be great. I hoped for more attention to detail, especially considering the hotel's good reputation. With a few improvements, this place could be wonderful.

The suite was newly renovated with hot water heater, new supplies and nice size showers. The food selection at breakfast was very very good...

Better than average hotel with a pretty good bar/restaurant & excellent friendly helpful staff..

The rooftop bar offers fine views. Make sure to visit during sunset for a picturesque experience.

The location is absolutely perfect and favourable, it's next to a really good Mexican restaurant and Castle Peak. The rooms are newly remodelled with a minibar, climate control and an individual safe.

Cozy room, convenient location, with fast free wi-fi and a pleasant rooftop pool where I relaxed after a long day of exploring the nearby attractions.

Everything was great.

The food is nice for the ala carte.

I requested for non-smoking room but the one that they gave me has this smell of cigarette which gave me so much migrane.

It was close to the shopping mall and also getting a taxi is not a problem.

The ac unit location was bad, it was blowing directly to the bedside and could not adjust.

This was just an optimal selection for a cursory stop in Cebu with very good value for money. The housekeeping staff was prompt and always ready to help me with my needs. If you need hot water, just ask the staff-they're super quick to respond.

A bit poky and dark, no window in our room, but it was the cheapest available.

The staff was wonderful, very hardworking and helpful. The restaurant was very convenient and had a good selection. I got a room upgrade so I could have a window, and the view was very nice. It is walking distance or a short cab ride to Ayala mall and SM mall.
